Project, Risk and Change Management

Proactive Project Management helps enable your organisation deliver new initiatives successfully and within budget. Identifying the ‘who/what/where/when’ relevant to the project is key to providing a robust plan. The plan can then be used as the basis for delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are clear about their roles and responsibilities.

You will be able to report progress to all stakeholders (such as the board) in a clear and consistent manner. However, no project will ever go exactly as originally planned yet, with strong project management, you will be able to make informed business decisions facilitating timely remedial actions.

The level of risk associated with the project will be minimised and mitigated and you will be able to assess the impact that any other (internal or external) project or initiative will have on your project.

Working with us will mean we can manage your projects for you if you don’t have the time and resource to do so or we can support your staff as they look to manage projects thereby up-skilling and enabling your organisation to manage future projects yourselves.

Managing Risk is an every-day part of running a business or organisation and crucial to project delivery.

There is no ‘one size fits all’ for risk as it will depend on the purpose, size, financial management and complexity of the business or organisation’s activities.

We can help you to identify risks associated with a specific project/initiative or risks to the entire organisation and build a comprehensive methodology to manage risk in a proactive manner. Additionally, we will be able to help you define mitigation plans to reduce the impact on your organisation should the risk become an issue.

We can provide you with a Risk and Issues Management Tool for effective risk and issue capture, management and reporting.

We can help organisations develop an Innovation & Change Framework. This isn’t just about making all things digital but identifying what improvements or changes your business would benefit from and what technologies might enable that transformation.

This may require changes to processes or implementation of digital solutions, or even seeking out opportunities for collaboration. We can assist you to assess what innovation would be required to deliver significant benefits.

To implement change successfully we will assist you to:

  • conduct an Impact Assessment to identify all stakeholders (external and internal) who might be impacted by the change

  • develop a Stakeholder Communications Plan (to detail how you will communicate this change

  • develop a Change Project Plan to enable to your successfully implement change

  • Our experience was a very positive one – we found that Tom and Valerie made considerable efforts to understand our organisation and our work and to consider how a new approach could work practically to achieve the improvement aims we had identified. They worked constructively with many staff right across the organisation, were personable and professional at all times and delivered within our deadline
