Tom Leonard
Tom has many years of programme delivery experience within large organisations and consultancies. With extensive experience rescuing failing projects, risk and stakeholder/3rd party management Tom has a strong awareness of the impact delivery has on sustainability, financial stability and reputational standing of organisations.
Qualifications: Tom professional qualifications include a BSc(Hons) Mathematics and PRINCE II Practitioner

Valerie van der Hoeven
Valerie has extensive experience working with organisations on innovation and business change projects and on assessing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiencies.
Valerie has also worked with innovative start-ups securing funding and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications: Valerie’s professional qualifications include a B.A. in Accountancy, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants CIMA Adv Dip and is a qualified Internal SQMS Auditor.
